Screenie And so Goblinish did it again! He crammed a pretty eye-pleasing color effect into a mini-intro and placed third on Demosplash 2012 with less bytes than on his previous work.

Goblinish'у удалось снова сделать интру с переливающимися цветами и получить третье место на пати, на этот раз на Demosplash 2012, но при этом даже с меньшим количеством байтов, чем в его предыдущей работе!

Вот и ответ:

Two things going on with the results.

You tied with dspc by rqdq for second place (for total points), and to break the tie (since we only had funding for one second place winner), we used the choice of which one got the higher average score (points per person). And they beat you slightly on that score. Mathematically, this means that some people voted on their entry but abstained from yours.

The other thing is that the second place entry is still missing from pouet since they didn’t have a group entry, and we’re waiting on them to add their own group.

на DemoSplash глянь результаты, две работы – 3е место. Одно – на пейси, второе – спек.

Странно, но на пуёте всё-таки указано, что место как раз третье… Гм. Надо перепроверить.
