From MISTER BEEP:

This is a digital song, like from Amiga 500 :) but it's 1-bit only and it has only 3 channels (mixed in software way) in
style of spacesynth/synthdance music and old 80s bands like Koto or LaserDance.

The song has been made in Sample-Tracker 2.0 but its intro is actually a chiptune part made in GarageBEEP by Andrew Owen - a
program for real old-school fans of BEEPER sound - only one channel, only square wave.

The funny part is, the song has took a 4th place in this month Atari XL/XE music compo because the computer is now able to
play several ZX Spectrum's music engines, including the Sample-Tracker.

Enjoy the harsh extreme low-tek sound of ZX Spectrum 48k. :)

Another 1-bit chiptune - "A crazy boy is jumping 2", this time it's a second part of his previous song!

From MISTER BEEP:
Hi. :) Z80 chip hits once again. ;) This is another 1-bit chiptune; this time it's a second part of my previous song. Soft used: Virtual Synthesiser for a short intro, ZX-7 Polyphonic Musical Instrument for the main composition. The last mentioned prog has 8 channels (made from one! :) ) but it has no drums. In this case I simulated drums with some noises made of many dissonanced tones (try to imagine hittng piano's keyboard with your fists - that's the idea :) ). Recorded from Timex Computer 2048. Regards to all.

From YERZMYEY/AY-RIDERS:

In 1989 (as a teenager) I bought my first ZX Spectrum (it was Timex 2048 to be precise) and I started to make chiptunes. (Jee, in 2009 it will be already... 20 years!! Fuck, I'm old). First of them were for beeper and then - in 1990 - I bought AY interface and started to make 4bit micromusic. My first songs were really crap and they sound rather like shitty music from 80s games. ;) Then was (I hope) better and better. ;)

This is a chiptune album made on ZX Spectrum 48Kb with AY interface, containing my old traxx made in time I wasn't so much into the AY synthesis, and used almost only standard square wave.

The album/compilation has been published in December 2008 as a Christmas gift for chiptune-fans, however the songs come from 1998 - 2002 (that's where the title comes from :) ). Maybe somebody will be interested.
I didin't add here my really *old* AY songs (1990-1996) because they are mostly _really_ bad. :) (They are available somewhere on da Net, in form of Spectrum demos 'though ;) ).
